I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the resort in Puerto Plata. It was all we expected and more. The food was good, the pools and beaches were clean, the rooms were clean and the upkeep on the whole resort was amazing. The people were kind and respectful.
We zip-lined with the recommended company of the resort and that too was an outstanding experience. Our boys enjoyed the afternoon on the dune buggies as well. We are definitely going back!

...I found the food to be awesome and two of the restaurants some of the finest I have ever gone to for dinner. Jazz and V.I.P. Gourmet . And by the way I have stayed at several all-inclusive resorts including Riu and Breezes. My friend has stayed at Sandals before and said this is just as good and in some ways better.
The V.I.P. beach was great. It also has WiFi. They wait on you hand and foot not only there but really throughout the complex. Everyone is so happy and fun to be around.
